「カンボジアで出会えた素敵な人々」

企業インターン企画の第4弾はヴァン・ナラさんです！
先輩インターン生の皆さんのこのプロジェクトを(勝手に)引き継ぎ(笑)、今回インタビューさせていただきました！
ナラさんは実は私の勤務時間とは真逆で、17時に私や早番のスタッフが上がる時間に丁度勤務が始まり深夜すぎまで仕事をされてるベテラン深夜オペレーターさんです。
KH(カンボジア)チームのみならず、JPチームが大変なときに助けを求めるとすぐに解決案を出してくれたり、動いてくれてくれるとても頼もしい優しい社員さんです。
今回は年末の忙しい時期に突然のインタビューの申し出に快く応じてくださいました。そして質問一つ一つに誠実に回答してくれました。とても感謝です（泣）

Q1.人生で大切にしていることはなんですか？
Q1. What is important in your life?

A1.私にとって一番大切なことは、家族の幸せと、人に頼る必要のない本当の自立した人間のように、自分の人生をどう生きるか、自分がちゃんと生きていないと感じることがないようにすることです。
A1.The most important thing for me is my family happiness and how I should live my life on my own like a real independent man that no need to rely on others and I don't have to feel like I am not living a proper life.

Q2.あなたが考えるカンボジアの魅力を教えてください。
Q2. What are you most proud of about Cambodia?

 
A2.カンボジアは多くの戦争を経験した国の一つです。
しかしそのような不運にもかかわらず、この国はまだ成長することができます。
このように発展途上の下にいても、これもまた優れた環境なのです。
カンボジアを最もよく表しているのは、独自の遺産と土地資源です。
カンボジアはまた、忠実な国としても知られています。
私は、古代の寺院を建立し国を守った我々の祖先が、真の戦士であるという事実が好きです。
A2. Cambodia is one of those countries that have gone through a lot of wars.
But regardless of these misfits this country still able to grow.
Even we are still under this underdeveloped condition this is also an outstanding circumstance.
What best describes Cambodia is its own heritages and land resources.
Cambodia also known as a loyal country.
I like how our ancestors those who built the temples and protect the country in the ancient time, they are the real warriors.

Q3.仕事中に心がけていることはありますか？
Q3. Is there anything you keep in mind while working?

A3.仕事にもよりますが、私の仕事はカスタマーサービスに関連するものが多く、この仕事は常に問題解決の場面を求められます。また私の場合は、何か問題があれば、できる限り最善を尽くして解決しなければなりません。
自分の不注意や無責任の後始末が嫌になりいらいらしてしまいますので、解決策を探すのに時間をかけるのを好まないです。
A3.It depends on the work, but mostly my work related to customer service and this job always seek problem solving situations and for me if there is any problem I must solve it as best as I can.
 I don't like delaying in finding solution because it irritates me if things left undone and I hate the aftermath of my carelessness and irresponsibility.

Q4.英語を第二言語として選択した理由はありますか？
Q4.Is there a reason for chose English as your second language?

A4. 英語だけでなく、可能な限り多くの言語を習得したいです。
とにかく英語は世界共通語なので、英語の勉強に特に力を入れました。
A4.Not just English I would like to learn many languages as much as possible.
Anyway, English is a global language so this is a reason I gave more effort in learning English.

Q5.あなたの夢はなんですか？
Q5.What is your dream?

A5. 私の夢は、偉大な成果を上げて有名になることです。
どのような成果かと聞かれれば、それは未来に期待しないといけないとのみ言えるでしょう。
A5.My dream is to be a renowned person with great achievement.
If you ask me what kind of achievement, I can only say that I have to rely on the future.

Q6.CBBの生徒たちにメッセージがあればぜひお願いします！
Q6. If you have messages for the students of CBB,please tell them.

A6.CBB生の皆さん、どうぞ努力し勉強に励んでください。
最初は辛いかもしれませんが、後で後悔しないように、希望を捨てずに最善を尽くしてください。
正しく成長するためには、兵士のような厳しい訓練を経て、どんな問題に出会っても必ず解決する方法を見つけるという前向きな姿勢が必要です。

A6.To CBB students, please give your effort and commitment in learning.
It maybe bitter at first but don't lose hope and do your best if you do not want to feel remorse later.
To grow properly you need to go through a harsh training like a soldier and always be positive that you will always find a way to solve any problem that you are encountering.
