ハナさんは日本の大学に留学経験もありとても日本のことをよく知ってくれているカンボジアチームの社員さんです。
She has studied at a Japanese university and has a good understanding of Japan.

Q1 カンボジアの魅力はなんですか？
Q1 Please tell us about the appeal of Cambodia.

A カンボジアの魅力について私が一番言いたいことは、自分のため、家族のため、そして国のために多くの夢を実現しようとしている情熱に満ちた若い世代がいるということです。人々は、共に美しい未来を築くために、学び、分かち合い、支え合いたいと願っています。そんな若い世代がたくさんいることがこの国の最大の魅力だと思います。
A What is best for me to describe about Cambodia is we are having young generations with full of passion who are seeking to achieve many dreams for themselves, for family, and for the country. People are eager to learn, share and support each other to ensure that we are making a beautiful future together.

Q2 日本人と一緒に仕事をすることについてどう考えていますか？🇯🇵
Q2 What do you think about working with Japanese people?🇯🇵

A 日本人は、時間に正確で、責任感が強く、長期的な考え方をするという評判通りの人たちです。私は日本人の上司と一緒に仕事をする機会がありました。彼は「もっともっと人に与えなさい」と教えていたのを覚えています。Give Give and Giveですね。
A Japanese people are lived up to their reputation of punctuality, highly responsible and long term thinking. I got a chance to work closely with my Japanese boss. I remember he taught to give more and more to people. Give Give and Give.

Q3 日本の大学に行ったことがあると聞きました。そのときの気持ちや経験を教えてください。👩🏻‍🎓
Q3I heard that you have been to a university in Japan. Please tell us about your feelings and experiences at that time.👩🏻‍🎓

A 日本で学位を取得するための奨学金を与えてくれた帝京大学に感謝しています。当時の私は、日本語を理解することができませんでした。現地で英語しか話せないのは大変なことでした。しかし、大学のサポートセンターや他の友人から大きなサポートを受け、無事に友人たちと一緒に卒業することができました。四季折々の美しい風景を見て回ることができ、夢のような時間を過ごすことができました。東京-大阪-京都-神戸-奈良-静岡-長野-山梨-沖縄 ✅. 日本が私に与えてくれた素晴らしい経験を、私は決して忘れることができません。最後にもうひとつ、都市の建築やインフラ計画の中にある日本人の細やかな心配りについても触れておきます。それはあらゆる年齢層を受け入れていて、効率的な公共サービスによって誰もが平等に扱われていると感じました。
A Thank to Teikyo University for granting me a scholarship to finish a degree in Japan. Back then, I couldn't understand Japanese language. It was a challenge to only speak English there. Yet, I got great support from university support center and other friends, so that I could successfully graduate with all my friends. It was such a dream true to explore beautiful sceneries passing through all 4 seasons. Tokyo-Osaka-Kyoto-Kobe-Nara-Shizuoka-Nagano-Yamanashi-Okinawa ✅. I could never forget a wonderful experience Japan offerred to me. One last thing I must mention here is the thoughtfulness of cities architecture and infrastructure planning. It is inclusive of every age and efficient public services create equal treatment to everyone.

Q4 あなたの人生で最も大切にしているものはなんですか💖
Q4 What is the most important thing in your life?💖

A 私にとって大切なものがたくさんあるので、とても難しい質問です。一つだけ選ぶとしたら、私の生き方の原則について説明します。"ポジティブさ、尊敬、誠実さを人々に広めること"が私の生き方においての原則です。
A It is a very hard question since there are many things important to me. If I must choose one I would describe about my living principle. "Spreading positivity, respect, and honesty to people"

Q5 What is your dream?✨

A 数ある夢の中でも、カンボジアの若い人たちが自分の選んだ運命に備えるために、本物の専門知識と経験を提供できる社会教育プラットフォームを運営したいと思っています。
A One among many dreams, i would like to run social educational platforms which could provide real expertise and experiences to young Cambodia people to be ready for their chosen fate.

She is always looking out for the whole, and especially takes care of the interns a lot.
He has his own ideas, but is open to other people's opinions.
She is a good friend not only at work but also in her personal life.
She has a beautiful smile, is kind, and is a powerful woman who can do her job.A wonderful woman who sparkles and shines toward her dreams.
